Well this was quite a game!

One - nil down in less than 5 minutes.

Quick double from Jamie Wootton, one a great header from a Sam Crane cross the other a solo finish, give us a 2-1 lead...

Thorncliffe then took the initiative and used the long ball to their Linford Christie paced player who has pace like I have not seen before!!! it worked and they went in at half time 3-2

Second half and we finally woke up.

The game was scrappy until the last twenty minutes. We introduced subs who made their mark on the game.

Left back Jake made a good pass to Spenser who played a great long pass to Oxi who in turn banged the ball home from 25 yards.

It was very much the same for the next goal, we became more direct and we passed the ball from back to front for Jammie to make a great pass to Sam Crane who calmly stroked it past the keeper and managed to keep his shirt on....

Spenser added the fifth with a great finish from wide left.

Thorncliffe missed a penalty after a tackle from Macca

Thorncliffe then scored a consolation goal.

MOM went to Josh Bibby who's work rate was first class on the left wing
